This week, our year 3 students in secondary school held a wellness fair at school.
Over the past month, each student committed to doing one activity to improve their mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. Some examples include helping at home, praying, spending time in nature, quitting junk food, running and stretching. They documented their progress and then shared their observations and recommendations with year 6 primary.
The fair was interactive with activities and demonstrations at each station and students were able to experience a real life communication situation at school. We all had a great time and got lots of tips on how to manage stress, overcome difficulties and relax for a healthier life.
